• EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is an evidence-based therapy that helps distressing or traumatic memories be reprocessed so they are stored in a more adaptive, less overwhelming way. Using guided bilateral stimulation, EMDR supports the brain in updating how these experiences are held, reducing their emotional intensity and the negative beliefs connected to them.

I provide EMDR therapy to clients in Arizona and California.

  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is an evidence-based therapy that helps people build practical skills to manage intense emotions, navigate relationships, and cope with distress in healthier ways. DBT combines mindfulness with strategies for emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness to support greater stability and resilience.

I am a Certified DBT (C-DBT) provider and I provide individual DBT to clients in Arizona and California.

  • Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) is an evidence-based therapy that helps people reduce anxiety and break free from obsessive-compulsive patterns. By gradually facing feared thoughts, images, or situations while resisting the urge to engage in compulsive behaviors, ERP helps retrain the brain to tolerate uncertainty and experience lasting relief.

I provide Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) therapy for OCD in California and Arizona, helping clients break free from obsessive thoughts and compulsions.

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS) is an evidence-informed therapy that helps people build a more compassionate and balanced relationship with themselves. By increasing awareness of inner experiences, IFS supports emotional healing and a greater sense of clarity and calm.

I am IFS-Informed and utilize approaches from IFS to support treatment for therapy clients in Arizona and California.

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is an evidence-based approach that helps people relate to their thoughts and feelings in a more flexible, compassionate way. By building mindfulness skills and clarifying personal values, ACT supports meaningful action even in the presence of difficult emotions.

I am trained in ACT and utilize the modality when providing therapy to clients in Arizona and California.

  • Mindfulness in therapy is a practice of cultivating present-moment awareness to better notice thoughts, emotions, and bodily sensations without judgment. It helps clients manage stress, increase emotional regulation, and respond to challenges with greater clarity and balance.

I teach and utilize mindfulness practice to therapy clients in Arizona and California.
